Who Are We?

The ABACUS Training Company is a trading name of Abacus Coaching Ltd, a professional personal and team development company, based in Scotland, and working throughout the UK and Europe.

Our team of trusted expert trainers are all subject matter experts as well as fantastic trainers. We all specialise in helping people to do the "soft" parts of their jobs that they don't enjoy doing, or avoid totally.

Managing Director Bryan Leslie has over 20 years experience as a Senior Manager working in Call Centres, Contact Centres, and HR Management roles.

We only work with people and organisations that we like and respect, and who like and respect us! Without like and respect, there is no chance of trust, and without trust, we can't create the working relationships we demand.

Working as Associates
 

Whilst we work closely with our clients, we also work as a third party Associates for HR and Business Consultancies that don't have a training arm but are looking to deliver training services to their clients. 

We already work as Associates for a number of consultancies and business groups. Those we are active with at the moment include:

Working as Associates

If you are looking for trusted trainers to act as your Associates please give us a call. The reason we are used, and continue to be used, as Associates is we never seek to take your clients as our own. We know they are yours and we will only work with them in your name, with you invoicing them for the work, and we invoice you an agreed percentage.
